Established in 2015 in Yogyakarta, PT Indobel Bamboo Merapi is a company operating in the bamboo industry. From its inception, the company focused not only on production but also actively engaged in bamboo cultivation on a 4,025 m² plot of land. The company cultivates high- quality bamboo on the slopes of Mount Merapi and Mount Merbabu, at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level. This unique location ensures that the bamboo produced has optimal quality and strength. Indobel Bamboo Merapi processes varioustypesof bamboo, including petung bamboo (giant bamboo). This petung bamboo is one of our flagship products, marketed not only domestically but also internationally, specifically to the European continent, Belgium.

In 2020, the company discovered a new export market for bamboo craft products. We started producing various bamboo crafts, one of which is Bamboo Panels or Bamboo Fences. The export market for these fences is quite large, and they have become a main product that has sustained the company to this day. We don't stop at just bamboo fences; we continue to innovate and produce a variety of other processed bamboo craft products.
